Kendo is hiring a National Accounts Coordinator in London to support national retail accounts and commercial operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations for sales, trade marketing, wholesale, and inventory planning across retail partnerships
  • Support delivery of trade marketing activities by liaising with marketing teams to obtain creative assets and submit materials to retailers on schedule
  • Coordinate trading plan promotions and secure global approvals where required
  • Own new product development (NPD) process documentation, including line forms, nominations, joiners and leavers, and line lists in compliance with retailer timelines
  • Liaise with internal demand planning to ensure accurate tracking of new products and replenishment orders
  • Report monthly wholesale achievements against internal forecasts in collaboration with demand planners
  • Support store opening processes by coordinating National Accounts and Marketing Team responsibilities within required timescales
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams and external retail partners through proactive communication
  • Collate and communicate weekly and monthly sales and SKU analysis reports as requested by the National Accounts Team
  • Prepare presentations and collate information for internal and external meetings
  • Undertake special projects as assigned to support business objectives and professional development

Qualifications

  • Boots retail experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Competence in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities
  • Strong commercial awareness with capability to analyze data and provide recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and positive outlook in a fast-paced environment
