Kendo (LVMH) seeks a Marketing Operations Intern in Paris for Fenty Hair — 6‑month internship starting July 2026; hybrid, Europe‑facing role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support coordination and execution of product launches across European markets, including launch planning and delivery of product matrices and creative assets for e‑commerce partners (notably Sephora).
- Perform performance analyses, maintain reporting tools, and produce actionable recommendations to optimise campaigns and product performance.
- Support European markets through tailored marketing actions and ensure CRM visibility via campaign asset delivery and coordination.
- Manage marketing drivers and resources: country allocations, ordering, and logistical and budgetary follow‑up.
- Conduct pricing studies, competitive intelligence, trend monitoring and benchmark analyses to inform brand strategy.
- Contribute to trade marketing initiatives: brief and follow production of POS materials (PLV), validate supports and analyse activation performance.
- Assist the Brand Manager with 360° marketing plan updates, budget tracking, coordination of cross‑border calls/meetings (including with US headquarters) and follow‑up of specific requests.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a master’s programme (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Business, Commerce or equivalent.
- Availability for a 6‑month internship starting July 2026.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — required.
- Autonomous, highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise in a fast‑paced, start‑up style environment.
- Strong commercial curiosity and demonstrable interest in cosmetics and beauty trends.
- Advanced proficiency with standard office IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and aptitude for reporting tools.

Experience
Early‑career / student level. Previous internships or academic projects in marketing, brand management, trade marketing or e‑commerce are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's degree in progress (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
