Kendo (Ole Henriksen) — Marketing Operations Internship in Paris: support European product launches, e‑commerce and CRM (internship).
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support product launches across European markets, ensuring timely implementation and market readiness.
- Monitor and analyse product and campaign performance; produce regular reports and actionable recommendations.
- Support local markets with targeted marketing activations and ensure on‑site product visibility and SEO on Sephora e‑commerce platforms.
- Manage CRM visibility tasks (briefing, asset coordination) and contribute to CRM campaign implementation.
- Manage commercial operational tasks: country allocations, order follow‑up, logistical tracking and budgetary monitoring.
- Conduct pricing studies, competitive benchmarking, trend scouting and market intelligence.
- Maintain reporting tools, track stock levels and follow up on action plans; coordinate calls and meetings with US headquarters and Sephora teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s level programme (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy, proactivity and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory for daily interaction with US headquarters and international teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.

Entry‑level internship suitable for candidates at Master’s level (Bac+4/5). Previous internships in brand marketing, product launches or e‑commerce are advantageous but not required.
Education
Master’s level education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar (Bac+4/5 or current Master's student).
