Role & Responsibilities
- Support coordination and execution of product launches across European markets, including preparation of launch timelines and asset delivery.
- Monitor sales and marketing performance; produce reporting, analyses and actionable recommendations to optimise campaign results.
- Manage brand visibility on e‑commerce platforms (Sephora): deliver product data matrices and digital assets to local teams and partners.
- Contribute to CRM visibility planning and execution to ensure brand presence in customer communications.
- Coordinate trade marketing activations across countries: brief suppliers, follow production, validate POS materials (PLV) and analyse in‑market performance.
- Manage logistical and budgetary aspects of marketing operations (country allocations, purchase orders, order follow‑up).
- Conduct market intelligence: pricing studies, competitive monitoring, trend watching and benchmarking.
- Facilitate cross‑border coordination with the US headquarters: organise and follow up on meetings, track specific requests and update 360° marketing plans.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) programme in marketing, business or a related discipline.
- Availability for a 6‑month internship beginning July 2026.
- Fluent spoken and written English (imperative).
- Highly organised, autonomous and proactive with an ability to prioritise in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong numerical acuity for performance analysis and comfort with reporting tasks.
