Kendo (Ole Henriksen) — Marketing Operations Apprentice in Paris. Apprenticeship supporting European product launches, CRM and e‑commerce reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support product launches across Europe, including implementation of launch plans and local market activations.
- Perform performance analyses, prepare reporting and deliver data-driven recommendations to the Brand Manager.
- Support local markets with targeted marketing actions and ensure brand visibility on Sephora e‑commerce platforms.
- Manage CRM visibility tasks (briefing, asset production) and contribute to the creation of marketing assets.
- Administer marketing resources: country allocations, order placement, and logistical and budgetary follow-up.
- Conduct price studies, competitive monitoring, trend scouting and benchmarking to inform positioning.
- Support day-to-day Brand Manager activities: monitor reporting tools, track action-plan implementation, visibility and stock levels.
- Coordinate calls and meetings with the US headquarters and Sephora teams, record outcomes and follow up on specific requests.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or candidate for a master's-level marketing degree (bac+4/5) or equivalent specialising in marketing/brand management.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Highly organised, autonomous, proactive, able to prioritise in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
- Strong interest in cosmetics and skincare, with an appetite for brand storytelling and product performance.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Photoshop is a plus.

Entry-level / beginner. Suitable for students pursuing a bac+4/5 in marketing; prior internships in brand, product or marketing roles are advantageous.
Education
Master's level (bac+4/5) in Marketing, Brand Management or equivalent.
