Fenty Beauty by Rihanna is hiring a Retail Makeup Artist at Sephora, Westfield White City, London. The permanent, full-time role is 37.5 hours over five days and combines makeup artistry, customer service and product expertise to build clientele and achieve sales targets while maintaining brand and store standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to personal and counter sales targets through makeup artistry, customer service, selling skills and product knowledge that engage, inspire and empower customers.
• Contribute to brand goals and sales targets.
• Represent the brand professionally and ethically, modelling respect, initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility, and follow Kendo, brand and Sephora guidelines.
• Build effective, positive and collaborative relationships with team members and store partners.
• Develop a loyal clientele and drive sales through makeup artistry, selling and service skills, delivering a flawless customer experience.
• Advise customers on suitable makeup products and their features and properties, using in-depth product knowledge.
• Attend initial brand training and further training to stay current on trends, products and offerings.
• Maintain consistent housekeeping and high presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain excellent personal grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand.
• At least 1 year of retail experience and a proven track record in a beauty-selling environment.
• Accomplished, high-level makeup artistry background.
• Experience building a clientele portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Empathetic and inclusive.
• Confident and professional.
• Informed interest in and genuine passion for beauty.
• Adaptable and flexible.
