Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences: welcome guests, manage reservations, host parties and resolve guest concerns to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control and supply management.
- Supervise, coach and develop a team of Color Experts through onboarding, ongoing training and performance management to achieve service and sales targets.
- Manage appointment booking systems and troubleshoot technical or operational issues to maintain smooth store function.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, merchandising standards and health & safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable leadership or supervisory experience and 2+ years in retail, hospitality or a related customer-facing environment.
- Proven proficiency with POS systems and appointment/booking platforms; experience with Shopify or comparable retail platforms preferred.
- Strong verbal communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service and creative retail experiences.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise under pressure and maintain excellent organisational and time-management standards.
- Capability to perform physical requirements of the role (standing/walking 6–8 hours per shift; occasionally lifting 10–50 lbs; bending, kneeling and reaching).

Experience
Minimum one year in a leadership or supervisory capacity and at least two years of experience in retail, hospitality or a closely related customer-facing role, with hands-on exposure to POS operations and inventory control.
