Sephora seeks a Kendo Brands Supervisor in London to lead Fenty Beauty and Ole Henriksen teams, manage sales goals, and drive exceptional customer experiences in this permanent part-time role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Guide, inspire, and motivate a team of full-time and part-time makeup artists, including staffing rotation schedules, coaching of sales and artistry skills, and setting individual sales goals
  • Set the example in exceptional product knowledge and service; lead the team to create a flawless customer experience and build a loyal clientele base to drive sales
  • Oversee sales goals and payroll investment to achieve financial targets
  • Take a strategic approach to building and developing the Kendo Brands business within the store
  • Build strong, effective relationships with Sephora management and Kendo stakeholders to drive business results and implement best practices
  • Develop and execute a plan to continually refine the sales, artistry, and customer service skills of the team
  • Manage testers and samples in-store within budget parameters
  • Model respect, initiative, enthusiasm, and flexibility at all times, representing the brands in a professional and ethical manner in accordance with Kendo, brand, and Sephora guidelines
  • Build effective, positive, and collaborative relationships quickly with team members and store partners

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a luxury store environment
  • Accomplished, high-level makeup artistry background
  • At least 2–3 years of retail experience at a supervisory level overseeing an account
  • Proven ability to be strategic with strong business acumen
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing clientele strategy
  • Ability to lead, develop, and motivate staff, including conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in forward planning and achievement of financial goals
  • Strong customer service, clientele, and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
