Kendo seeks an Interim Finance & Sales Planning Director in Paris to lead EMEA & LATAM finance, P&L and forecasting (temporary, Jun 2026–Feb 2027).
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Finance and Sales Planning teams covering EMEA and LATAM, ensuring accurate, timely and strategically aligned deliverables.
- Own weekly and monthly sales outlooks and P&L reporting packages to International and HQ leadership, delivering actionable commentary and recommendations.
- Directly manage P&Ls for assigned markets within EMEA and LATAM to drive financial performance and profitability.
- Coordinate and execute monthly forecasting cycles, full P&L forecasts and formal budget revisions.
- Provide strategic partnership to regional leaders, translating financial insight into commercial priorities and growth initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a medium-sized team of finance controllers and sales planners, ensuring high-quality analysis and consistent standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, operations and HQ teams to align financial and commercial objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance and operations experience, with a significant portion at Senior Manager or Director level.
- Proven experience managing and owning P&Ls across multiple international markets; demonstrable impact on profitability.
- Track record of leadership with experience managing a medium-sized team (typically 3–6 direct reports).
- Strong capability in financial planning & analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Previous experience in sales planning and sales forecasting highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and cultural fluency to operate across EMEA and LATAM.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages relevant to EMEA or LATAM are an advantage.

Minimum 7 years of progressive Finance and Operations experience, including senior management or director-level responsibilities; experience managing P&Ls across multiple international markets and leading a medium-sized team.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
