Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative pedagogical tools and supports (training modules, comprehensive guides, interactive content, e-learning platforms, benchmarking resources, digital content) tailored to retailer needs and diverse audiences while maintaining alignment with European and global departmental standards
  • Adapt global training content to European market specifics and create new content formats designed to enhance in-store customer service delivery
  • Conduct continuous monitoring of product trends and industry developments to ensure training materials reflect current beauty sector innovation and market dynamics
  • Update training supports monthly while maintaining consistent quality and coherence across all pedagogical materials
  • Drive the digitalization of training tools and content by leveraging emerging platforms and technologies to reach broad, omnichannel audiences
  • Manage and maintain content on Kendo's e-learning platforms and retailer partner systems, ensuring engaging and user-friendly learning experiences
  • Monitor competitive digital learning trends, educational technologies, and innovative pedagogical approaches to continually enhance Kendo's training offerings
  • Co-facilitate virtual training sessions and digital learning initiatives alongside physical training programs
  • Assist in planning and coordinating seminars and training events across Europe in collaboration with retail teams
  • Support onboarding pathways for new KENDO and LVMH employees by developing onboarding materials and delivering product training
  • Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure training effectiveness and impact
  • Develop and manage product budgets for major markets to support their training program initiatives
  • Animate headquarters teams through internal events linked to business priorities and product developments
  • Provide dedicated monthly support to Scandinavian retail partners by customizing training tools, facilitating training sessions, and coordinating major business initiatives
  • Demonstrate agility and capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects while adapting to evolving priorities and daily market coordination needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum Bac +3/4) in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communication, Education, or Digital Learning
  • Demonstrated experience in retail beauty, training design, or digital content creation within an international and competitive environment
  • Proven expertise in designing pedagogical tools with a track record of creating engaging and effective learning materials
  • Strong digital proficiency with hands-on experience using e-learning platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital communication tools
  • Authentic passion for cosmetics, beauty technology, social media, and e-learning platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is advantageous
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in an additional language is valued
  • Demonstrated team collaboration and strong initiative-taking ability
