Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot European demand planning autonomously, managing the complete Kendo brand portfolio across diverse distribution channels; develop, consolidate, and defend sales forecasts for catalogue and new products in close collaboration with marketing; play a key role in sales budget construction and lead the monthly S&OP cycle
- Guarantee supply chain excellence and product launches by serving as orchestrator of launch timing for new products across Europe; ensure fluid communication and collaboration between customer supply chain teams, internal supply chain operations, marketing, and key account management; anticipate challenges and propose solutions to ensure product availability at retail on scheduled dates in coordination with European logistics services
- Serve as strategic partner to the General Manager and marketing and key account teams; synthesize and communicate weekly on supply chain and demand-related risks and opportunities across the region to inform strategic decision-making; maintain fluid liaison with marketing and key account teams in building brand assortments; guarantee availability of essential products for all marketing initiatives and promotional operations
- Manage and develop the European Planning team with autonomy, ensuring team growth, skills development, and optimal task allocation; foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment aligned with organizational objectives
- Continuously optimize supply chain processes and performance by analyzing sales and inventory levels across all brands; alert on risks of stockouts or overstock and propose corrective actions; actively contribute to continuous improvement and accessibility of supply chain process documentation; participate in developing and innovating the Demand and Supply Planning function within the region
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +4/5) with specialization in Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand forecasting, supply chain planning, or related functions
- Proven ability to develop sales forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated affinity for data and results orientation
- Experience in an international environment with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Management experience (preferred)
- Fluent English for daily communication with US counterparts (required)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP system knowledge is an advantage

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or related operations roles, ideally within an international environment. Prior exposure to cross-functional leadership involving marketing, logistics, and key account management is essential. Management experience is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree (Bac +4/5) with specialization in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
