Kendo — San Francisco: DEIB Coordinator (hybrid) $33.50–$37.25/hr coordinating DEIB programs, events, donations and CSR across the house of brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics and delivery for DEIB programs, heritage moments, employee events, volunteer initiatives and community activations, including timelines, run-of-show and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage calendars, room bookings, virtual meeting setups, A/V, catering, RSVPs and on-site event execution for assigned initiatives.
  • Own product donation intake, tracking, approvals, fulfillment and documentation; liaise with Brand, Inventory, Operations and Finance to source and fulfill donations.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the DEIB team: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, track action items and monitor shared inboxes.
  • Maintain organized digital files, trackers and documentation in SharePoint and Teams; track participation, attendance and engagement metrics for DEIB programs.
  • Process DEIB-related expense reports, invoices and vendor payments in partnership with Finance; track program expenses against budget and support vendor onboarding and reconciliation.
  • Support CSR, Inclusion Index and DEIB reporting by collecting evidence, maintaining reporting trackers and enabling annual and ad-hoc submissions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in coordination, administration, HR, DEIB, program or event support roles.
  • Proven experience supporting events, internal programs or cross-functional initiatives with strong attention to executional detail.
  • Genuine interest in DEIB, employee experience or social impact work and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated accuracy in data tracking and maintaining audit-ready records.
  • Proficiency with Canva for internal visuals and strong competency with Microsoft Office suite and digital collaboration tools.

Experience

1+ years of coordination, administration, HR, DEIB, or program support experience with demonstrated event or program execution.

Education
