Kendo (LVMH) seeks a temporary Customer Service Associate Manager in Saran, France to manage EU/Export/UK orders and ensure OTIF performance (May–Aug 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end order management for assigned channel(s) — from order receipt through delivery — ensuring customers receive timely, accurate information and service.
- Optimize OTIF (on‑time, in‑full) performance by balancing customer requirements, available inventory, allocations, incoming receipts, DC capacity and transport plans.
- Communicate product availability and order status to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Process orders in the ERP and transmit shipment requirements to the third‑party logistics WMS.
- Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch activities with the distribution centre operations team.
- Prepare and validate shipping documentation and customs paperwork for EU, Export and UK shipments.
- Arrange and manage carriers and transportation bookings; monitor transit and trace deliveries to final destination.
- Investigate and manage customer claims, returns and delivery exceptions until resolution.
- Collaborate with international teams (Paris supply/sales/marketing and San Francisco operations) to align launch, allocation and replenishment plans.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills mandatory.
- BA/BS (Bac+2/+3) in logistics, international trade or a related discipline preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with customer‑centric orientation.
- Highly organised, proactive problem‑solver with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrable adaptability, curiosity and commitment to Kendo/LVMH values; empathy and professionalism in customer interactions.
