Kendo (LVMH) — Customer Service Associate Manager in Saran, France. Temporary role (May–Aug 2026) in the European Distribution Center handling order management and customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as primary customer contact for a dedicated channel (internal, EU, export or UK), ensuring high levels of service and timely communication on product availability.
  • Manage order lifecycle from receipt to delivery: enter orders into the ERP, transmit to the third‑party WMS and follow through to shipping.
  • Optimize OTIF (On Time In Full) performance by balancing customer requirements, inventory status, allocations, incoming product arrivals, DC capacity and transport planning.
  • Coordinate picking, packing and release with the distribution centre and third‑party logistics provider.
  • Prepare and validate shipping documentation and customs paperwork where required.
  • Arrange and coordinate transport with carriers and monitor carrier performance.
  • Track deliveries to final destination and proactively resolve exceptions or delays.
  • Log, investigate and resolve customer claims and discrepancies, escalating when necessary to sales, supply or operations teams.
  • Collaborate closely with international stakeholders (Paris supply/sales/marketing teams and San Francisco operations) to align customer commitments and operational plans.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills; professional customer orientation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and WMS (third‑party logistics) is advantageous.
  • Vocational diploma or bachelor level in logistics, international trade or related field preferred (Bac+2/+3).
  • Motivated, adaptable and highly organized; strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates empathy, collegiality and alignment with Kendo/LVMH values.
