Kendo, San Francisco | Coordinator, Sales North America – Fenty Beauty & Fragrance. Full-time hybrid role overseeing Sephora and Kohl's account support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling, research, slide development, agenda preparation, and recaps for key retailer meetings
- Own the end-to-end item setup process, including new product form submission in retailer platforms
- Manage key documents, forms, and information vital to smooth operations and maintain launch calendars
- Input data for markdown, promotions, returns-to-vendor, testers, and damages into appropriate trackers and complete related retailer forms
- Update, maintain, and communicate activation tracker information to cross-functional teams and communicate price changes to stakeholders
- Contribute to sampling strategy in partnership with senior management and manage sampling budgets, track variances, and make spend recommendations
- Map out current and future marketing operations budget needs by line item and develop pitches for exclusive retailer programs such as Sephora Favorites Kits and Sephora Rewards
- Execute Sephora Favorites kits, including comp and documentation needs such as new product forms, copy verification, and ingredient lists
- Contribute to weekly sales recaps, providing valuable insights that influence actions to drive business performance
- Support drafting creative briefs for retailer activations such as digital playbooks and in-store animation fixtures
- Assist with auditing engineering drawings, updating space planning documents, and contributing to localized creative briefs
- Own management of retailer comp requests for activations and key meetings such as seasonal assortment reviews
- Lead VIP account management, including order submission and payment status updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and basic Excel functions
- Knowledge of retail math preferred, including margin calculations, year-over-year variances, run rate, and weeks of supply
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proactive approach with ability to anticipate opportunities and challenges
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or fashion preferred; entry-level candidates with equivalent experience or strong foundational knowledge considered.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 33.50 to USD 37.26 per hour.
