Kendo Brands seeks a Communications & Influence Intern for Fenty in Paris. Support PR, influencer strategy, and content management across European markets for 6 months from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the definition and execution of PR and influencer campaigns across Europe
- Manage influencer and press gifting programs across European markets
- Adapt and distribute press assets and social media content for European markets
- Develop creative briefs for influencers, media agencies, and creative partners
- Coordinate and support press events, influencer events, and sampling activations
- Track and manage requests from external PR agencies
- Contribute to marketing presentations and PR & influence strategy documentation for the brand portfolio
- Compile and monitor performance reports from European PR agencies
- Produce monthly reporting on campaign performance and special activations for the global team
- Conduct weekly trend monitoring across makeup, skincare, lifestyle, and streetstyle content
- Identify emerging influencers and talent across Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, and other platforms
Qualifications
- Upper-level tertiary education (Bachelor's +4/5 years) in Marketing or Communications
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and current luxury and streetstyle trends
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Fluent English
- Autonomous, organized, and proactive working style
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Adaptability across diverse stakeholder groups
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should have completed relevant coursework in Marketing or Communications and possess demonstrated interest in luxury beauty, cosmetics markets, and social media ecosystems.
Education
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4–5 years of university education (equivalent to Bac+4/5 in the French system), with a specialization in Marketing or Communications. Equivalent professional qualifications will be considered.
