Kendo — London: Commercial and Supply Chain Analyst Intern. 12-month hybrid internship supporting demand planning, forecasting and business reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse historical sales data to identify trends, seasonality and demand drivers to support forecasting.
- Maintain and update demand forecast files in Excel and Anaplan; prepare inputs for monthly S&OP cycles.
- Monitor inventory levels and flag supply or demand risks and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
- Produce and circulate weekly performance reports and support ad-hoc reporting for commercial and supply teams.
- Develop simple dashboards and reporting tools; ensure accuracy and consistency of shared data.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Retail and Supply Chain stakeholders; document insights and follow-up actions from demand review meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Demonstrable interest in retail or consumer goods; prior beauty sector exposure is advantageous but not required.
- Strong Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) with an ability to translate numbers into practical business recommendations.
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to data quality and detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Proactive, organised and able to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience
Entry-level internship suitable for students or recent graduates; beginner-level professional experience expected. Prior exposure to retail analytics, demand planning or commercial reporting is beneficial but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
