Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences from reservation through completion, including welcoming guests, confirming and finalizing reservations, and encouraging social sharing.
- Craft bespoke lip shades and flavours, applying Lip Lab operating standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager, Leads and team members to maintain a positive, inclusive and service-driven store environment.
- Manage multiple simultaneous guest interactions on the shop floor while maintaining professional presentation and brand conduct.
- Support store operations during peak periods (weekends/holidays) and contribute to sales and tip generation through outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Customer/guest service experience in a fast-paced retail or beauty environment preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for color, cosmetics and creative artistry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse guests.
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts; minimum commitment required on peak days (Sat–Sun).
- Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours per shift, occasionally lift 10–50 pounds, and perform physical tasks involving bending, kneeling and reaching.

Entry-level role: prior experience in retail or beauty guest service is preferred but not mandatory; candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and on weekend peak days.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
