Kendo (LVMH) seeks a Business Analyst and Supply Chain Intern in London (hybrid) to support demand forecasting, reporting and Anaplan/Excel analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist analysis of historical sales, trends and seasonality to support demand forecasting and inventory decisions.
  • Maintain and update demand plans and forecast models in Excel and Anaplan.
  • Prepare and validate data inputs for monthly S&OP meetings and attend demand review meetings to document decisions and actions.
  • Run, maintain and distribute weekly performance and Supply & Demand reports.
  • Support dashboard updates and help improve access to commercial and supply‑chain metrics.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to collect demand inputs and reconcile forecast assumptions.
  • Translate data into concise, actionable insights and support presentation materials for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline data flows and reporting consistency.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
  • Strong Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and experience working with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Anaplan.
  • Analytical mindset with solid numerical and mathematical ability.
  • Effective written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting data to stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach and confidence working across Commercial, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
  • Interest in retail or consumer goods; prior beauty industry exposure is a plus.

Experience
