Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing historical sales data, trends, and seasonality.
- Help maintain and update demand forecasting in Excel and Anaplan.
- Support the preparation of data for monthly S&OP meetings.
- Generate actionable insights from data analysis.
- Run and maintain weekly performance reporting.
- Support Supply & Demand reporting and update dashboards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to gather demand inputs.
- Support functional teams in improving data flows and setting up new processes.
- Attend Demand review meetings and document key takeaways and decisions.
Qualifications
- Interest in retail or consumer goods industries; beauty experience a plus.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in working with large datasets.
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
