Brand Manager, Fenty Skin & Hair – Kendo Brands (LVMH), Paris. Lead European strategy and retail partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and pilot the European development strategy for Fenty Skin and Fenty Hair, ensuring brand growth and market desirability
- Oversee relationships with primary retail partners and orchestrate 360° deployment plans in collaboration with global and local teams
- Optimize European assortment strategy in collaboration with Visual Merchandising leadership and manage product references at Sephora
- Develop demand forecasts with Supply teams and analyze assortment performance to recommend optimization opportunities
- Lead 360° launch execution plans across Europe, including in-store brand visibility, sampling programs, and marketing activation coordination
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets while ensuring close collaboration with Retail, Education, Communication, and Supply departments
- Analyze sell-in/sell-out performance and KPIs; produce regular business reporting and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market trend analysis to identify innovations and best practices in the beauty sector
- Manage and develop a team of two employees, providing daily coaching and career advancement support
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of confirmed experience in brand management, trade marketing, or operational marketing within beauty, luxury, or premium FMCG sectors
- Demonstrated success in managing product launches and executing 360° marketing plans at European scale
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in business KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, forecasts, ROI, assortment performance)
- Thorough understanding of selective retail environments
- Ability to thrive in international, agile environments with multiple stakeholders
- Natural leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, and strong execution capacity
