Kendo Brands seeks Brand Manager for Fenty Skin/Hair, Paris. Lead European brand strategy, retail partnerships, and 360° marketing execution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and pilot Fenty Skin and Fenty Hair brand strategy and development roadmap across Europe
  • Optimize assortment strategy in collaboration with Visual Merchandising leadership, manage product references at Sephora, and develop demand forecasts with Supply teams
  • Execute 360° launch plans across European markets, including brand showcases in Sephora stores, sample deployment coordination, and local marketing activation alignment
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets, collaborate with Retail, Education, Communication, and Supply teams to ensure cohesive market execution
  • Conduct sell-in and sell-out performance analysis, track key business KPIs, prepare regular reporting, and identify growth opportunities with strategic recommendations
  • Monitor market trends, innovations, competitive benchmarking, and sector best practices to maintain strategic positioning
  • Manage a team of two, providing daily coaching, development, and guidance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in brand management, trade marketing, or operational marketing within beauty, luxury, or premium FMCG sectors
  • Demonstrated success in managing product launches and piloting 360° marketing plans at European scale
  • Strong analytical capabilities with mastery of key business metrics (sell-in, sell-out, forecasts, ROI, assortment performance)
  • Deep understanding of selective retail environments
  • Leadership acumen with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, and strong execution capability
