Kendo (Fenty Skin) — Marketing Operations Intern in Paris. 6-month internship starting July 2026; support European product launches and trade marketing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support product launches across European markets, including implementation logistics, asset delivery and market activation.
  • Monitor sales and marketing performance; produce reports, extract actionable insights and propose recommendations.
  • Support local markets with bespoke marketing actions and trade marketing activations (briefing, production follow-up, PLV validation and performance analysis).
  • Manage brand visibility on e-commerce platforms (delivery of product matrices and creative assets) and support CRM visibility initiatives.
  • Administer operational levers: country allocations, order placement, logistical follow-up and basic budget monitoring.
  • Conduct price studies, competitor surveillance, trend tracking and benchmarking to inform market positioning.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Brand Manager: maintain 360° marketing plans, coordinate calls and meetings with US headquarters, update reporting tools and assist budgetary follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recent graduate of a master's-level programme (Bac+4/5) in marketing, business, luxury management or related discipline.
  • Available for a 6-month internship beginning July 2026.
  • Highly organised, autonomous and proactive with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in cosmetics and brand-building within a start-up-like culture.
  • Professional-level command of English is mandatory.
