Role & Responsibilities
- Personally contribute to achievement of brand goals and sales targets through demonstrated artistry and selling excellence
- Model respect, initiative, enthusiasm, and flexibility while representing Fenty Beauty and Kendo in a professional and ethical manner
- Build loyal clientele base through superior makeup artistry, strong selling skills, and exceptional customer service to drive repeat sales
- Demonstrate in-depth, fluent knowledge of makeup products and advise customers on selections that suit their specific skin tones and needs
- Maintain rigorous housekeeping, presentation, and visual merchandising standards at the counter
- Attend brand training and ongoing product education sessions to remain current with trends and offerings
- Build effective, collaborative relationships with Boots and Sephora store partners and cross-functional team members
- Maintain excellent personal grooming standards befitting a prestige beauty brand ambassador
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with a proven track record in beauty or prestige brand selling environments
- Previous experience working in a department store with prestige or artistry brands is essential
- Accomplished high-level makeup artistry background with demonstrated technical skill
- Proven ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele portfolio
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build genuine rapport with diverse customers
