Kendo (Fenty Beauty) Retail Artist — part-time, 30hrs/4 days at Sephora Bluewater, London. Join the beauty team to deliver artistry and drive counter sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert make-up artistry and product demonstrations to engage, inspire and convert customers at the Sephora Bluewater counter.
- Achieve personal and counter sales targets through effective selling, clienteling and upselling techniques.
- Develop and maintain a loyal clientele by providing personalised consultations, follow-up and aftercare.
- Represent the brand professionally, adhering to Kendo, Fenty and store (Harvey Nichols/Sephora) standards and guidelines.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, housekeeping and presentation standards for the counter.
- Attend initial and ongoing brand training to remain current on product ranges, trends and service protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience in a department store or prestige beauty environment.
- Proven track record in beauty sales with demonstrable ability to build and retain a clientele portfolio.
- Established high-level make-up artistry background with strong technical application skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and consultative selling.
- Strong organisational skills and high standards of personal grooming and professionalism.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience within a prestige or artistry beauty brand in a department store or similar environment, with proven beauty selling results and experience building a client portfolio.
Education
No formal degree required; cosmetology, beauty therapy or professional makeup artistry certification preferred.
