Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to personal and counter sales targets by demonstrating makeup artistry, delivering excellent customer service, applying selling skills and product knowledge, and engaging, inspiring and empowering customers with Fenty Beauty by Rihanna products.
• Contribute to brand goals and sales targets.
• Represent the brand professionally and ethically, modelling respect, initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility and following Kendo, brand and John Lewis guidelines.
• Build effective, positive and collaborative relationships with team members and store partners.
• Develop a loyal clientele to drive sales through makeup artistry, selling and service skills, delivering a flawless customer experience.
• Use in-depth makeup knowledge to advise customers on suitable products and their key features and properties.
• Attend initial brand training and other training to stay current on trends, products and offerings.
• Contribute to consistent housekeeping and high presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain excellent personal grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand is essential.
• At least 1 year of retail experience and a proven track record in a beauty-selling environment.
• Accomplished, high-level makeup artistry background.
• Experience building a clientele portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Empathetic and inclusive.
• Confident and professional.
• Informed interest in and genuine passion for beauty.
• Adaptable and flexible.
• Driven to achieve results.
• Professional and courteous conduct that maintains a positive brand image.
