Role & Responsibilities
- Personally contribute to the achievement of brand and counter sales targets
- Demonstrate makeup artistry expertise to advise customers on product selection based on individual skin tones, types, and preferences
- Deliver consultative, attentive customer service and build a loyal clientele base through relationship-building and repeat engagement
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin ranges, including formulations, key ingredients, and unique product benefits
- Uphold visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to ensure counter presentation remains immaculate and on-brand
- Represent the Fenty Beauty brand professionally and ethically, adhering to all company, brand, and retail partner guidelines
- Build collaborative, positive relationships with team members and store partners to create a cohesive retail environment
- Attend initial and ongoing brand training to remain current with product launches, beauty trends, and selling techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a prestige or artistry beauty environment, preferably within a department store setting
- Accomplished makeup artistry background with demonstrated technical skill and aesthetic expertise
- Proven track record building and maintaining a clientele portfolio in a retail beauty context
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build genuine rapport with diverse customers
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding personal grooming and presentation standards
