Kendo (Fenty Beauty) seeks a Retail Artist in London — full‑time, on‑site role delivering make‑up artistry and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and counter sales to achieve and exceed brand targets through consultative selling and professional make‑up artistry.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by advising on product selection, application techniques and aftercare tailored to individual needs.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through follow-up, clienteling and personalised retail experiences.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times, adhering to Kendo, brand and retailer standards and guidelines.
- Participate in initial and ongoing brand and product training to remain current on launches, trends and offerings.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, housekeeping and presentation standards on the counter.
- Collaborate effectively with store and team partners to maximise sales opportunities and ensure seamless customer journeys.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a department store or prestige retail environment is essential.
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in beauty selling.
- Accomplished make‑up artistry background with demonstrable application skills.
- Proven experience building and managing a clientele portfolio.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to presentation and grooming standards.
- Familiarity with the Fenty Beauty brand and ability to speak knowledgeably about Rihanna and the brand ethos.

At least 1 year of retail experience in a prestige or artistry beauty environment with a proven track record in beauty sales and demonstrable make‑up artistry skills.
