Kendo — Apprenticeship B2B Customer Service in Saran, France. Support order management, logistics and customer relations at the European Distribution Center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own order management for assigned channels (internal, EU, Export, UK) from order receipt through delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Optimize OTIF (on‑time, in‑full) by balancing customer needs, inventory allocations, incoming product arrivals, DC capacity and transport plans.
- Process orders in the ERP and transmit order data to the third‑party WMS for warehouse execution.
- Coordinate picking, packing and shipping activities with the European Distribution Center.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation and liaise with carriers to organize transportation.
- Track deliveries to final destinations and manage exceptions, claims and customer communications.
- Act as primary contact for customers on product availability, lead times and order status updates, collaborating with sales, supply and marketing teams in Paris and operations in San Francisco.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills—professional customer correspondence and interpersonal aptitude.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory) and proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and WMS or demonstrable ability to learn warehouse/ERP tools quickly.
- Highly organized, proactive problem‑solver with attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Motivated, adaptable team player who demonstrates curiosity, perseverance and alignment with Kendo/LVMH values.

Experience
Entry‑level / apprenticeship: prior experience in customer service, logistics or B2B order management is a plus but not required; motivated beginners are welcome.
Education
Bac+2/+3 (BA/BS or equivalent) in logistics, international trade or related field preferred.
