Kendo (LVMH) hiring Associate Program Manager, Packaging in San Francisco—manage creative packaging development and timelines for two brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage bi-weekly status meetings, maintain transparency on project progression, and establish clear action items to resolve delivery impediments
- Upload, monitor, and actively manage individual project timelines using Asana, with regular follow-up on internal copy, layout, mechanical, and compliance due dates
- Coordinate with team leads to collect and organize essential packaging information including dielines, ingredient lists, copy, translations, UPCs, and fill weights
- Partner with the Regulatory & Compliance team to track and confirm EU artwork approvals throughout the lifecycle of each piece
- Communicate project priorities daily to Production Artists and maintain ongoing alignment on artwork status and deliverables
- Collaborate with Production Artists to review artwork releases, coordinate sample approvals, and resolve technical questions
- Actively participate in weekly Product Development and Operations meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Upload, route, and manage artwork reviews in ProofHQ, ensuring all feedback is incorporated and Production Artists have clear direction on revisions
- Track and coordinate complementary requests for photo shoots, Market Week exhibitions, and related marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of project management experience in retail, agency, or related environment
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Asana, Workfront Proof, and SmartSheets
- Demonstrated experience in retail or beauty industry preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and proven time management in competing priorities
- Demonstrated relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment and meet stringent deadlines
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and genuine passion for beauty and retail

Experience
2+ years of project management experience in retail, agency, or similar environment, with preference for exposure to beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 81,900 to USD 94,300 per annum.
