Kendo (LVMH) seeks Associate Manager for Global Consumer Engagement supporting Fenty Beauty—San Francisco, hybrid, $81.9K–$102.4K.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Communications Director in building and driving the worldwide consumer engagement strategy, focused on expanding influencer and PR channels aligned with global brand strategy and market-specific objectives
  • Assist in long-term strategic planning (3-year roadmap) to fuel growth of key beauty categories globally
  • Contribute to defining annual global strategic priorities and allocating resources across influencer marketing, eventing, and PR across all markets
  • Support execution of global earned media strategy, including influencer, makeup artist, and celebrity partnerships; cultivate strong relationships with agents and talent on a global scale
  • Shape global content strategy by identifying influencer- and creator-led content for leverage across consumer touchpoints and adaptation in local markets
  • Partner with global marketing and regional teams to ensure alignment and support project management initiatives from the Global Marketing Communications organization
  • Conduct competitive landscape reviews, global trends analysis, and benchmarking to inform recommendations for accelerating consumer engagement and brand relevancy
  • Support the Director in building and managing annual budgets for influencers, eventing, and PR; assist with semi-annual revisions and monthly monitoring
  • Execute assigned global engagement programs and analyses; facilitate cross-functional collaboration within Global Marketing Communications and with regional teams
  • Develop clear, concise briefs for global agencies and influencers articulating objectives and key performance indicators
  • Assist in preparing global press materials, press kits, communications assets, and press releases for worldwide distribution
  • Track and analyze global earned media KPIs, providing insights to optimize strategy, increase brand advocacy, and improve performance rankings across markets
  • Monitor global competitive activity, trends, and best practices, regularly updating leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years in influencer marketing, PR, or related communications experience
  • Demonstrable passion for the beauty industry and strong interest in digital marketing
