Kendo Brands seeks an Operational Marketing Intern for Fenty Hair in Paris; 6-month internship starting January 2027, hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute product launches across all European markets, including participation in launch planning, performance analysis, and market-specific marketing interventions
- Manage brand visibility across Sephora e-commerce platforms by delivering product matrices and digital assets on schedule
- Ensure brand prominence through CRM visibility initiatives and data management
- Oversee promotional tooling allocation, country budgets, order processing, and logistical tracking
- Conduct pricing analysis, competitive intelligence, trend monitoring, and market benchmarking
- Develop and execute trade marketing activations by briefing creative teams, monitoring production, validating point-of-sale materials, and analyzing performance metrics
- Maintain marketing plan tracking and reporting using established performance tools
- Coordinate meetings and calls with US headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up on strategic requests
- Update and maintain comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans and budgets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree qualification (Bac+4/5 or equivalent)
- Demonstrated interest in cosmetics and beauty industry
- Fluent English language proficiency (essential requirement)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and digital tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environments
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
