Kendo Brands seeks an Assistant Education Manager for a full-time apprenticeship in Paris. Support training initiatives across European beauty retail markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation and deployment of training tools and resources for product launches across European markets
  • Update and adapt training content monthly for new product launches and bestseller catalogues
  • Provide daily operational support to European markets in implementing training programs
  • Assist the retail and education teams for Eastern Europe in developing new training content aligned with retailer requirements
  • Propose innovative pedagogical formats for both in-person and digital training programs across European markets
  • Manage and maintain internal and external training platforms
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports tracking training activity and performance metrics
  • Optimize existing tracking tools to accommodate different retailer contexts and streamline information sharing

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 level program in business school, university, or equivalent institution
  • Demonstrated passion for education, training, and knowledge transfer
  • Genuine interest in the cosmetics and beauty sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent English proficiency
