Kendo (Fenty Beauty) — Paris: 6-month 360 Communications & Influencer Intern (July 2026 start) supporting PR & influencer activity across Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support definition and execution of PR and influencer initiatives across European markets for Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin and Fenty Hair.
- Coordinate influencer and press gifting logistics for Europe, including asset adaptation and dissemination.
- Prepare creative briefs for influencers, media and agency partners and assist in agency coordination and follow-up.
- Contribute to the organisation and delivery of events (press, influencer, sampling) and related on-site or virtual logistics.
- Draft and contribute to marketing and PR & influence strategy presentations for the brands and global teams.
- Compile and maintain performance reporting from European PR agencies; prepare monthly and campaign-specific reports for the global team.
- Conduct weekly trend monitoring across makeup, skincare, lifestyle, streetstyle and social channels and identify emerging talents on Instagram, TikTok, Twitch and YouTube.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s-level programme (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint; able to produce polished presentations for global stakeholders.
- Keen interest in social media, influencer culture and current beauty and lifestyle trends.
- Autonomous, organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment across multiple markets.

Beginner / internship level. Suitable for final-year Master’s students or recent graduates seeking practical experience in PR, influencer marketing and communications at a European scale.
Education
Master’s level (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
