Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, assess needs through active listening, and deliver personalized styling advice to create complete looks.
- Recommend complementary items and multiple ways to wear products to increase basket size and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales through client storytelling, relationship building and expert product knowledge across categories.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation and inventory replenishment.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, engaging customers via social media and remote consultations when needed.
- Support store teamwork by exchanging constructive feedback and contributing to visual merchandising and store events.
- Perform physical tasks required on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including regularly lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and bending, climbing or kneeling as required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail environments.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort with social media and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling tools and workflows.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak shopping periods and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a retail sales or styling role is required; demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or styling coursework or certifications are a plus.

Compensation
