Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer service to foster conversions and repeat clientele.
- Drive sales through active client engagement, product storytelling and clienteling follow-up.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; process transactions, returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation, including daily floor resets and fixture upkeep.
- Support inventory operations: receive shipments, replenish stock, conduct cycle counts and assist with stockroom organization.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and loss-prevention protocols to protect inventory and revenues.
- Collaborate with store leadership to meet seasonal sales targets, KPI objectives and promotional initiatives.
- Provide professional support during peak periods, events and store activations; flexible scheduling as required for a temporary assignment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer-service orientation with a polished, personable demeanor.
- Previous retail or luxury brand experience preferred, particularly in sales or clienteling roles.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods for a temporary assignment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Legal right to work in the hiring country for the duration of the temporary contract.

Experience
Entry-level to mid-level candidates with prior retail or luxury sales experience are preferred; seasonal or temporary retail experience is advantageous. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer-service training is a plus.
