Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer service to foster conversions and repeat clientele.
  • Drive sales through active client engagement, product storytelling and clienteling follow-up.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; process transactions, returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation, including daily floor resets and fixture upkeep.
  • Support inventory operations: receive shipments, replenish stock, conduct cycle counts and assist with stockroom organization.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and loss-prevention protocols to protect inventory and revenues.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to meet seasonal sales targets, KPI objectives and promotional initiatives.
  • Provide professional support during peak periods, events and store activations; flexible scheduling as required for a temporary assignment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated customer-service orientation with a polished, personable demeanor.
  • Previous retail or luxury brand experience preferred, particularly in sales or clienteling roles.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods for a temporary assignment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Legal right to work in the hiring country for the duration of the temporary contract.

Experience
