Kate Spade in New York seeks a Temporary Sales Associate to support sales, merchandising and client service in a flagship retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, personalized client service to achieve individual and store sales objectives.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately: process sales, returns and exchanges and handle cash/card transactions.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain product presentation, including replenishment and folding.
  • Support inventory procedures: receive, tag and stock merchandise; assist with cycle counts and stockroom organization.
  • Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety and loss prevention; follow opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist with in-store events, promotions and clienteling activities as required by store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the country of employment.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
