Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service that reflects Kate Spade’s brand ethos and drives conversion and average transaction value.
  • Actively engage with clients on the sales floor, identify needs, present product features and styling suggestions, and close sales using prescribed selling techniques.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and follow cash-handling procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards, including window dressing, floor sets and replenishment to maintain brand integrity.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks: receiving, tagging, stocking, cycle counts and maintaining an organised stockroom.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, safety and store policies; perform opening/closing duties and temporary shift cover as required during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays to support peak trading periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
  • Professional appearance and the ability to represent a premium lifestyle brand with poise and warmth.
  • Attention to detail and a disciplined approach to store standards and stock accuracy.

Experience
