Kate Spade is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate (Stylist) in Halton Hills, Ontario — part-time retail role at Toronto Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, build rapport and assess individual style and lifestyle needs.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons and close transactions to meet store KPIs.
- Deliver operational excellence including POS transactions, stockroom organisation and inventory replenishment.
- Use creative merchandising on the sales floor to showcase multiple ways to wear product and inspire repeat visits.
- Support omnichannel customer interactions and adopt virtual selling techniques when required.
- Maintain a safe and accessible sales environment; assist with receiving, unpacking and heavy lifting as needed.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience with demonstrated ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team.
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/transactions accurately.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling methods.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales environment is required; demonstrated success meeting sales targets and delivering personalised customer service preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or a related discipline is an asset.

This position is based in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
