Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly; use consultative questioning to identify needs and preferences.
- Provide personalised styling advice to create complete looks and suggest complementary add‑ons.
- Drive sales through storytelling and product knowledge across categories.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, merchandise presentation and inventory replenishment.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques; promote brand loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
