Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, demonstrating confident product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative styling and personal-shopping conversations to create complete looks and suggest add-ons.
- Use creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear products and inspire customers to explore new styles.
- Drive sales through storytelling, clienteling and by converting interactions into purchases.
- Operate POS and ensure a seamless checkout experience; maintain operational excellence on the sales floor.
- Organize and maintain stockroom inventory and visual presentation; assist with receiving and replenishment.
- Adopt omni-channel selling techniques, support virtual selling and leverage social media awareness where appropriate.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays; perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience required; luxury or specialty retail and styling experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort with omni-channel retail tools and a willingness to learn virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet physical demands of the role.
