Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and deliver high‑touch, knowledgeable customer service that reflects the Kate Spade brand DNA.

- Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge across categories, and sustained customer engagement.

- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organization, replenishment, visual presentation and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Adapt selling approach to omni/virtual channels and support social media or virtual selling initiatives as required.
- Safely handle merchandise, including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and perform routine stockroom and floor tasks.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle categories.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
- English proficiency (local language proficiency as applicable).
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by retail operations (lift, bend, climb, kneel).

Experience
Prior retail sales experience is required; experience styling customers or working within fashion/apparel retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
