Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and establish rapport; assess needs through active listening and targeted questions.
- Provide personalised styling advice and curate complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product across categories.
- Drive sales by recommending add‑on items and using storytelling to communicate product attributes and brand DNA.
- Execute accurate POS transactions and ensure a smooth, boutique‑level checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, replenish inventory, and conduct loss‑prevention practices.
