Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and deliver personalised styling advice to create complete looks using Kate Spade product assortments.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, product storytelling and suggestive selling of add-ons and complementary items.
- Provide an elevated, seamless checkout experience, accurately operate POS and execute transactions according to company procedures.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge across categories and present multiple ways to wear or use merchandise to inspire customers.
- Maintain visual and operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including replenishment, organization and loss-prevention practices.
- Support inventory and backroom tasks; routinely lift up to 25 lbs (regularly) and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and perform physical duties such as bending, kneeling and climbing.
- Adapt to omni-channel selling tools and virtual selling techniques; engage with customers via social media and other digital touchpoints when required.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, high-traffic periods and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience; fashion or styling experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and collaborate within a team environment.
- Basic familiarity with POS systems and stockroom operations.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni-channel or virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as appropriate for the market).
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as described and to perform routine physical tasks on the sales floor.

Previous retail or client-facing experience required; experience in fashion, styling or premium lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or visual merchandising coursework preferred.
