Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clientele consistent with Kate Spade’s luxury positioning and brand voice.
- Proactively drive sales through consultative client engagement, product knowledge, and effective clienteling techniques.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to cash-handling and reconciliation procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation, signage and displays reflect seasonal directives and brand guidelines.
- Receive, unpack and process incoming inventory; assist with stockroom organisation, replenishment and cycle counts.
- Support promotional events, pop-ups and peak trading periods by contributing to set-up, guest service and store flow management.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, safety and operational policies; report discrepancies and escalate customer issues as appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods.
- Right to work in the hiring country and ability to pass any required background or security checks.

Experience
Entry-level; prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred, with experience in luxury, premium fashion, or seasonal/temporary roles considered an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
