Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive and product-informed service to each client to drive conversion and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to daily KPIs through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process payments, returns and exchanges, and perform end-of-day cash reconciliations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor, including replenishment, folding, and presentation of product assortments.
- Support inventory activities: receiving, tagging, stock organization and cycle counts as required.
- Assist fitting room operations and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the visit.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, brand policies and store opening/closing protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or retail-related coursework preferred.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods; ability to work a temporary/seasonal schedule.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Prior retail or cash-handling experience preferred; luxury or fashion retail experience strongly preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Entry-level role; typically suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of retail experience. Prior experience in fashion or luxury retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
