Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service through attentive, personalized interactions and follow-up to drive conversions and repeat business.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately; process transactions, returns and exchanges while adhering to company cash-handling procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards: maintain floor sets, ensure product presentation and execute store directives during merchandising resets.
- Assist with inventory tasks including stock replenishment, backroom organization, price tagging and cycle counts.
- Help maintain store appearance and loss-prevention practices; participate in store opening/closing and team huddles as required.
- Provide support during peak periods, special events and promotions, including queue management and clienteling activities.
Qualifications
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays; able to work during peak retail periods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
- Previous retail or luxury boutique experience preferred but not required for strong candidates.
- Basic numeracy and proven reliability in cash handling and POS operation.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Prefer candidates with at least 1 year of retail or luxury sales experience; seasonal or temporary retail assignments are an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
