Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service on the sales floor, proactively engaging customers and converting visits into sales.

- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage returns and perform accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation to brand guidelines, including window displays and floor sets.
- Support inventory processes: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and back-stock organization.
- Assist with fitting-room service, packaging, online order pickup and store-ready presentation.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, safety and operational procedures; support scheduled floor moves and promotional events.
- Work flexible schedules to cover peak periods (weekends, evenings, holiday season) as required by store needs.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within fashion or luxury goods.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with a client-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work standing shifts; capable of lifting and moving merchandise and fixtures as required.
- Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.

Experience
Typically 0–2 years of retail or luxury sales experience preferred; seasonal or temporary retail experience is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
