Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to customers and drive sales through consultative selling and product knowledge.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized, replenished and presentation-ready.
  • Support inventory counts, receive and unpack merchandise, and assist with inventory accuracy and shrink prevention measures.
  • Participate in clienteling activities including follow-up communication, appointment bookings and building long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets, contribute to store promotions and assist with in-store events or product launches.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably in fashion, accessories or luxury segments (typically 1+ years).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, customer-focused demeanour and professional presentation.
  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling ability; trustworthy and attentive to loss-prevention protocols.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise and perform physical store tasks.
