Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalised service to clients on the sales floor to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; process sales, returns and exchanges in accordance with brand policy.
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain boutique presentation to brand standards throughout the shift.
- Support inventory management tasks including receiving, tagging, stock rotation and stockroom organisation.
- Assist with clienteling activities: building client profiles, scheduling follow-up and supporting CRM record-keeping.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and cash-handling protocols; maintain a secure and organised sales environment.
- Participate in onboarding and product training; represent brand values and maintain professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on luxury client service.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work standing shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to follow merchandising directives and maintain presentation standards.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (if employed in the U.S.).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or luxury brand experience is preferred but not required. Temporary or seasonal retail experience and familiarity with sales targets and clienteling are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
